Welcome at Santamaria Intl. Airport terminal and transfer to a hotel in Sarapiquí, Province of Heredia. |

Day 2: |
Early in the morning, hiking through the surrounding area for bird watching at Selva Verde Hotel. During the afternoon, transfer to La Catarata Lodge in Fortuna – San Carlos. |

Day 3: |
In the morning, trail hiking for bird watching, and visit to butterfly farm and Fortuna Waterfalls. During the afternoon, hiking tour through Arenal Volcano National Park and relax at Tabacon Hot Springs.

Day 4: |
Trip to Caño Negro Wildlife Refuge.

Day 5: |
Early in the morning, transfer to Monteverde Cloud Forest by taking a boat ride Across Lake Arenal. Duration of the trip: 3 hours.
During the afternoon, visit to Monteverde Biological Reserve and have the opportunity of spotting the Resplendent Quetzal. Lodging at El Establo Hotel. |

Day 6: |
Hiking through suspension bridges (Sky Walk) for great views of the treetops of the Forest and bird watching.
During the afternoon – Visit to Ecological Farm and butterfly farm.

Day 7: |
During the morning – 3 ½ 1 hour-transfer ride to Rincon de la Vieja National Park on the Guanacaste Volcanic Mountain Range.
During the afternoon – enjoy the scenic beauty and hike through a lush forest which holds a great diversity of plants and animals. The park also features a series of steam geysers, and bubbling mud pools, as well as hot springs.

Transfer to Tamarindo Beach on the West Pacific coast. |

Beach time on Tamarindo Beach. |

Day 10: |
Departure on SANSA’s local-bound fight to San Jose for connecting with your international fight depending on your fight schedule. |
