Combination Tour: Arenal Hanging Bridges – Mistico Park & Arenal Volcano National Park

Many of the tourists that visit La Fortuna are only going to be in the area for a short period of time or simply want to get the most out of their stay in the area. With this in mind Arenal Evergreen has designed combo options of the main tourist attractions around Arenal Volcano so you can get the most out of your vacation time.

When you chose to come to Costa Rica, surely you imagined hiking through dense green forests; thus we start this tour visiting the Arenal Hanging Bridges to hike trails through the forest and along elevated bridges suspended through the tree tops. These allow you to have a unique view and observe plants and animals along the way.

Later we will travel to nearby Arenal Volcano National Park to hike the “Coladas de Lava” (Lava Flows) trail to get as close as safely possible to the volcano. From there you’ll have impressive views of Lake Arenal, secondary forests, and rocks from the eruptions of 1968 and 1992.

On clear days you’ll be able to capture stunning photographs of the colossal Arenal Volcano.

At the end of these two hikes enjoy a delicious typical Costa Rican lunch.
